Cornerstone Conclave

What is the Cornerstone Conclave? 

This is an event where all the Order of the Arrow lodges in our section come together and compete in various scouting events. Conclave is not just a gathering; it's a celebration of scouting. Imagine the thrill of canoe racing, tug-of-war, rifle shooting, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, patch trading, and other fun activities lodges compete in. We expect over 1,000 scouts to join us, making it a fascinating and fun-filled event. Please help us reach our goal of 125 attendees from our lodge!

2025 Cornerstone Conclave registration is live!  April 25th-27th at the Robert E. Knox Scout Reservation. 

Conclave is the year's largest event; you don't want to miss it!  Please see the guide below for the steps for registering. Registration, payments, and Conclave pre-orders are being completed online. The steps to register are below.  Registered participants will receive registration to the event,  a  Unali'Yi lodge spirit t-shirt, a Unali'Yi conclave patch set, and a meal on Friday night at 6:00 in our assigned campsite. Early registration secures your spot, ensures you receive pre-orders, and helps us better plan and manage the event. Registrations after January 31 are not guaranteed pre orders for the event. Don't let financial concerns keep you from attending. Any youth lodge member needing financial support should email our Lodge Advisor Wayne Barfield at advisor@site236.com . Requests will be kept confidential. 

Knox Scout Reservation is near Augusta, GA. Scouts attending will most likely have to either be signed out early or miss school on that Friday. Call fellow scouts or reach out to Mr. Wayne if you need help securing transportation to and from the event. Early communication is the key to transportation success. Please don't call the night before the event saying you need a ride. It will be too late to coordinate transportation.

Conclave Registration Steps

1. Scan QR Code
2. Click on Unali'Yi Lodge's flap to register.  It's a simple process that will take you to a form to fill out. We've made it as easy as possible for you. Fill out your contact information and click "Continue."
3. You will be directed to a "Conclave Delegate Information" page.  Once completed, click "Continue".  (Note: BSA Person ID can be found by logging into Scoutbook.org).
4. Please complete the "Additional Delegate Information" page, noting any dietary restrictions or special accommodations. Then click "Continue."
5. Fill out the memorabilia pre-order form.  Buy some SWAG!  Click "Continue".  (These are due January 31, so get your stuff quickly!)
6. You will now be on the payment page. Please review the information and confirm it's correct.  Then click "Pay now with Credit or Debit card."  Enter your payment information 
7. Congratulations!  You are now registered for Conclave.  

Email Mr. Wayne at advisor@site236.com if you would like to order extra lodge flap sets for trading. We will charge $12 for extra contingent patch sets. Unfortunately, these cannot be added to the section website pre-orders and must be handled separately. The deadline to guarantee contingent patch pre-orders will be February 23.
