"Yesterday's Back 2 Pack event was an unforgettable evening of fun and camaraderie at our churchyard, buzzing with excitement from both new and returning scout families. The turnout was truly amazing, with about five new families joining us to explore what Scouting has to offer.
The evening kicked off with our ceremonial opening, where everyone gathered to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, Scout Oath, and Scout Law. Following the opening, the kids split into round-robin groups to enjoy a series of activities that brought smiles and laughter all around. They dove into Gaga ball, badminton, sack races, and parachute popcorn, each game more thrilling than the last. A surprise yoga session added an unexpectedly awesome twist to the lineup, bringing a sense of calm and focus amidst the high-energy fun.
The grand finale was the highlight of the night—a foam pit where the kids engaged in an epic play session that left everyone grinning from ear to ear.
While the kids were having a blast, new parents were given all the information they needed to learn just how awesome Scouting really is.
Overall, the Back 2 Pack event was a huge success, setting the stage for an exciting new year of Scouting adventures. We’re thrilled to welcome our new families and look forward to the many memories we’ll create together!"
